4. GDPR Information & Acceptance

According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR):

The parties agree to process personal data in accordance with applicable legislation. The data collected will be used exclusively for managing reservations and administrative activities related to this contract.

Purpose of processing: Management of reservations, administrative and fiscal obligations.

Data subject rights: Data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing at any time by writing to info@bookingmeal.com.

Data retention: Data will be stored as long as necessary to manage the contractual relationship and fulfill legal obligations.

Security measures: BookingMeal adopts appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data.

5. BookingMeal Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion and Marketing
BookingMeal will promote the restaurant by publishing images, a detailed description, and the menu with respective prices on its website. Additionally, BookingMeal will represent the restaurant at tourism fairs and use various sales channels for advertising purposes.

2. Booking Notification
For every new online reservation made, the restaurant will automatically and in real time receive a confirmation and summary voucher by email. The same process will be followed for modifications, cancellations, or communications.

3. Reservation Monitoring
The restaurant is responsible for checking its reservations both through the emails received and through its own control panel, accessing the booking calendar.

4. Immediate Confirmation
Online reservations are confirmed immediately. If the restaurateur is unable to accept a reservation, they must notify BookingMeal within 24 hours.

5. Acknowledgement of Bookings
The restaurant must confirm receipt and review of reservations by replying directly to the booking email.

6. Management Support
BookingMeal's back office will provide the necessary management support via phone or email.

7. Force Majeure or Service Inability
If the restaurant is unable to provide the service due to bereavement, technical issues, or force majeure, the restaurateur must immediately notify BookingMeal to enable timely intervention for group re-accommodation.

8. Penalty for Missed Service
If the service is not provided without proper notice, the restaurant will be subject to a penalty.

9. Commission Invoicing
Invoices relating to BookingMeal's commissions must be paid immediately upon receipt and no later than the 5th-10th of the following month for groups accounted for in previous months.
